SESSION #3 - Jacob Glen

SESSION #3 - Jacob Glen

$25.00 - $75.00
DATES: JUNE 8-10, 2026 | 5:30 - 7:30 PM

This contemporary workshop invites dancers to explore dynamic textures in movement—shifting between fluidity, power, and momentum. Through guided improvisation and athletic phrasework, dancers will move through floorwork, traveling patterns, and momentum-driven transitions that challenge both coordination and physical range. The class encourages dancers to tap into instinct, expand their movement vocabulary, and experience the body moving with both freedom and intensity.
